– The Company’s official brand independent website: huachiplus.com. 

– The “HuaChiPlus” store on Amazon US.  Any use beyond these authorized platforms constitutes a violation of this copyright statement. 

Prohibited Activities

No third-party commercial entities, organizations, or individuals are permitted to: 

– Reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display the Company’s images, product designs, or descriptions without prior written consent; 

– Use the Company’s intellectual property for commercial purposes, including but not limited to sales, marketing, or derivative content creation;  – Claim association with the Company or imply unauthorized endorsement. 

Legal Consequences

Unauthorized use of the Company’s intellectual property will result in immediate legal action, including but not limited to: 

– Civil lawsuits seeking compensation for damages; 

– Reporting violations to relevant e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon) and regulatory authorities for takedown and penalties;  – Criminal prosecution in cases of severe infringement.

Disclaimer

The Company maintains a robust monitoring system to identify unauthorized use of its assets across digital platforms. All violations will be documented with timestamped evidence to support legal claims.
